Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2, 2026
Buzzle ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at https://buzzle.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We built Buzzle to respect your privacy: we do not sell your data, our own analytics only help us understand how the Site is used, and the ads that keep it free are explained below, with how to opt out of personalized ones.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you submit so we can read and respond to your inquiry. You control what you put in these fields — please don't include sensitive personal information you'd rather not share.
Information collected automatically
Like nearly every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data when you visit, including your IP address, browser type and user agent, referring page, and the date and time of your request. This information is used to serve pages, keep the Site secure, and diagnose problems. We do not use it to build advertising profiles of you.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the Site — for example, which pages are popular and how people arrive. Analytics is loaded through Cloudflare Zaraz, which runs third-party scripts server-side to reduce their impact on your browser. Google Analytics may set cookies and collect data such as your IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, and general location. We use it only in aggregate to improve the Site — never to identify you personally.
Agent and machine-readable endpoints
Buzzle offers endpoints intended for automated agents, some of which require payment via the x402 protocol. When a payment is made, the transaction is settled on a public blockchain. Blockchain transactions — including wallet addresses and amounts — are inherently public and are not controlled by us. We do not collect seed phrases or private keys, and we never will.
How we use your information
- To respond to messages and requests you send us.
- To operate, maintain, and secure the Site.
- To detect, prevent, and address spam, abuse, fraud, and technical issues.
- To comply with legal obligations where applicable.
Advertising
Ads on the Site are delivered by Insticator, an advertising platform whose exchange includes Google and other partners. These partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, limit how often you see the same one, and prevent fraud; where the law requires it, ads are personalized only with your consent. Advertisers never learn who you are from us, and they have no say in what our articles conclude.
To opt out of personalized advertising, visit Google's Ads Settings and www.aboutads.info/choices; Google explains its practices at how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Cookies and tracking
We use a small number of cookies. Some are strictly necessary for security and spam prevention. Others are set by Google Analytics (via Cloudflare Zaraz) to measure Site usage, as described above. The advertising partners described above set their own cookies. We do not sell your personal information. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; doing so will not prevent you from reading the Site.
Third-party services
We share limited information with a small number of service providers who process it on our behalf:
- Cloudflare hosts the Site and provides network security. When you submit the contact form, Cloudflare's Turnstile service performs a bot check that may process your IP address and browser signals. Cloudflare's Zaraz service also loads our analytics script. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Google Analytics provides aggregate statistics about how the Site is used. See Google's privacy policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
- Resend delivers contact-form submissions to us by email. The name, email address, and message you provide are transmitted through this service. See Resend's privacy policy.
- Insticator serves the ads on the Site through its exchange of advertising partners, as described under Advertising above. See Insticator's privacy policy.
Cloudflare, Google Analytics, and Resend are permitted to use your information only to provide their services to us, not for their own purposes. Insticator and its advertising partners follow their own policies, linked above, for the ads they serve.
Data retention
We keep contact-form messages for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for our records, then delete them. Automatically collected server logs are retained for a limited time for security and operational purposes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond as required by applicable law, such as the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA.
Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
International visitors
Buzzle is operated from, and its providers may process data in, the United States and other countries. By using the Site, you understand that your information may be processed in a country whose data-protection laws differ from those of your own.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page, so please check back periodically.
